Issue

ConnectedAP contains several physical information related properties that can be managed
- by the SCT, including the redProt, Connection / RedConn: Cable
- by the ICT, Connection / RedConn: Plug, Port, Type

Potentially, the P type not provided by the ICT can be added by the SCT for a documentation purpose.

Proposal

Clarify that it is the ICTs responsibility to maintain the physical information related to a Device.
