Figure 80

Issue

The figure index for Figure 80 and Figure 81 are incorrect, the last figure index is 40, which is "Figure 40 - Data used for receiving simulation signals", then the next Figure is jumping to "Figure 80 - GOOSE subscription supervision state machine" and "Figure 81 - SV subscription supervision state machine".

Proposal

Change the index of Figure 80 and Figure 81 to Figure 41 and Figure 42, and update the index of other figures in the subsequent part of the document accordingly.
