Issue

The restrictions for the P elements could be improved to find syntactical errors during a schema validation.
For example, the TSEL/SSEL/PSEL values are pairs of hexadecimal digits but the schema allows odd numbers of hex digits.

Proposal

Update the following types with contents of the attached file:
