The logical node FSEQ has been renamed to ASEQ and moved to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.1
The following data objects (DOs) have been renamed from IEC 61850-7-420 Ed1. to IEC 61850-7-4 Ed.2.1:
- SeqStat => SeqSt (see Tissue 922)
- Start => StrCmd (see Tissue 1017)
[Decided by joint UML manager's phone conference at 2013-11-18]

Furthermore the data type (CDC) of DO StepPos has been corrected from SPS to INS (see Tissue 1021)
