Issue

Table 1 defines the equivalent of IEEE C37.118 CFG-2 to be "Read actual measurements from data model (MMXU, etc.)".
CFG-2 indicates measurements currently being reported (transmitted) in
the data frame.
Thus, the correct 90-5 mapping would be a GetDataSetDirectory of the data set being used.

Proposal

Correct table as mentioned above.

Note: for CFG-1 the exact mapping would be to the directory services (LD, LN, etc.).
