Issue

Several status information data objects (DOs) in IEC 61850-7-420 are rather settings. Therefore their data types (CDCs) shall be corrected accordingly.

Proposal

- Change CDC of DRAT.DERTyp from ENS to ENG
- Change CDC of DRAT.FltDurTms (now DRAT.MaxFltDurTms, see Tissue 917), DRAT.MaxLodRamp, DRAT.MaxUnldRamp, DRAT.EmgRampRtg, DRAT.RLodSetRte and DRAT.LLodSetR (now DRAT.LLodSetRte, see Tissue 1153) from INS to ING
- Change CDC of DRAT.SeqDir (now DRAT.RvSeq, see Tissue 907) from SPS to SPG
- Change CDC of DRAZ.OpCctDirTms (now DRAZ.OcDirTms, see Tissue 1115), DRAZ.ShCctDirTms (now DRAZ.ScDirTms), DRAZ.OpCctQudTms (now DRAZ.OcQudTms), DRAZ.ShCctQudTms (now DRAZ.ScQudTms) and DRAZ.InertTms (now DRAZ.InerTms, see Tissue 957) from INS to ING
- Change CDC of DREX.ExtTyp from ENS to ENG (see also Tissue 892)
