Issue

The name of DREX.ExtAatPF uses a not declared abbreviation 'at'.

Proposal

Add the missing abbreviation 'At' (for 'at') to the IED 61850-7-420 abbreviations list, and change this DO name to DREX.ExtAAtPF.
