Issue

The names of DOs DRCC.DCPowStat and DRCS.DCPowStat use a not declared abbreviation 'Pow'.

Proposal

Use the existing abbreviation 'Pwr' from IEC61850-7-4, i.e. change these DO names to DRCC.DCPwrStat and DRCS.DCPwrStat, resp.

In addition the abbreviation 'Stat' (for 'Statistics') is wrongly for these DOs. It should be 'St' for status. For this reason the new DO names are DRCC.DCPwrCtl and DRCS.DCPwrSt (see also Tissue 1101).	16 Apr 13	Triage
