Clause: 3.2 and 8.1.3

Paragraph:

Category: Issue for edition 2 of this part

Issue

The IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations list (clause 3.2) defines the abbreviation 'Act' as follows: 'Active, activated'
This abbreviation 'Act', however, was also wrongly used for 'Actuator' in some Data Objects (DOs).

Proposal

Create a new abbreviation 'Actr' for 'Actuator' (i.e. update the IEC 61850-7-420 abbreviations list accordingly) and change all affected IEC 61850-7-420 Data Objects (DOs) accordingly.
This affects the following DOs:
- Rename DFLW.TmRalActA1 to TmRalActrA1
- Rename DFLW.TmRalActA2 to TmRalActrA2
- Rename DFLW.PumpActA to PumpActrA
