Issue

The present attribute type for Loc is the SPS. In our country/company, and maybe in others the “local Operation Mode” represents that people are present at this moment at the station so the local operation ( differently for each bay) can be selected if the remote control (telecontrol) is or not permitted.

Local control then could be made at the same time with no difference from the HMI station unit as well as from the local display at the bay unit.

Once people leave the substation we have an automatism that changes from “local” to “remote” all bay units, to be sure no one position has been leaved as in local operation. For that reason to change form SPS to SPC opens more possibilities to do it by a standardized way. If not, we would add an extended Data Attribute “remote?” as SPC located at the LLN0.
