The DO name of MFUL.FuelEffCoef is inconsistent to the abbreviations list in clause 3.2 of IEC 61850-7-420. For 'efficiency' the abbreviation Efc is defined.

Proposal

Change DO name of MFUL.FuelEffCoef to MFUL.FuelEfcRtg
