Issue

CommonLN includes only the control blocks URCB and BCRB whereas LLN0 includes additionaly SGCB, GoCB, MsvCB, UsvCB and LOG as well as LCB.
However, Ed1 defined that LCB belongs to CommonLN.

Proposal

Aligned definitions with TISSUE 875 and 876:
CommonLN includes: URCB, BRCB, LCB
LLN0 includes: LOG, SGCB, GOCB, MsvCB, and UsvCB.
The CB model is backward compatible therewith with Ed1.
