Issue

Logical nodes ZBAT, MMET and MENV shall be removed from IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 2 and be replaced by the identically named LNs from IEC 61850-7-4 Ed. 2.
[Decided by WG 17 IEC 61850-7-420 UML Task Force]
For storage batteries (not auxiliary batteries!) some new Dxxx logical nodes are expected to come from the ongoing from IEC 61850-90-9 Technical Report, which will also be eventually integrated into IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 2
