Issue

Conflicting requirement for the size of the BITSTRING for ReasonCode. Section 8.1.3.10 states 7 bits while section 17.2.1 implies 6 bits (size of TrgOps).

Section 8.1.3.10, Page 54 - "The minimum size of the BITSTRING shall be seven (7) bits.
Section 17.2.1, page 79 - "The size of the AccessResult shall be the same size as the TrgOps component of the control block"

Proposal

Provide clarification.

Discussion Created Status
The ReasonCode(s) for Reporting has the same size as the TrgOps, i.e. as defined in 8.1.3.9 - 6 bits - This is also stated in 17.2.1

The ReasonCode(s) for Logging has a 7 bits definition. This is stated in 17.3.3.4.4. 		18 Jul 12 Not Applicable
