Issue

SBO attribute type definition belong to a specific stack mapping to MMS (8-1) and defined as VISIBLE STRING129. As defined in clause 9.5.5 for data attributes structure type, which belongs to a specific stack mapping (as SBOw, Oper, Cancel): "BDA list shall be followed by a ProtNS
element for each SCSM". But SBO has basic data type, so specify ProtNS for SBO is unpossible.
I think, because SBO belongs to a specific stack mapping, it must be possible specify ProtNS for this attribute.

Accepted. As solution the DA element (SCL type tDA) shall allow to contain the ProtNs element. It shall be used only, if the mapping related attribute has another bType as Struct. 05 Apr 13 In Force (green)
