GGIO.AnOut1 has APC type, but belong to "Measured and metered values" group.

GGIO.AnOut1 move to Controls.

when using APC, the MX constrained value is not really measured. See TISSUE 819 in 7-3.

So I would not create a group "Measured anbd controlled values" 		31 May 12 Discussion (red)
Since the DA mxVal is defined as Functional Constraint MX and is listed under “measured attributes and control mirror” within APC, I would recommend to define a new group “Measured and controled values”. So, GGIO.AnOut1 would belong to this group. 30 May 12 Discussion (red)
