In the semantic description of minVal und maxVal is the following written:
"Defines together with maxVal/minVal the setting range for ctlVal(CDC INC, BSC, ISC), setVal(CDC ING) or setMag(CDC APC,ASG)"

The control element for CDC APC is ctlVal.

Proposal

Change the text as following:

"Defines together with maxVal/minVal the setting range for ctlVal(CDC INC, BSC, ISC, APC), setVal(CDC ING) or setMag(CDC ASG)"
