Issue

Since TCTR and TVTR can be added to have a over TCTR / TVTR to have single setting, there is a contradiction with the mandatory Amp / Vol which can not be provided by those “Over” transformator logical nodes.

Proposal

Change Amp / Vol from Mandatory to conditional
