If I have several average voltage values may I use Data Objects (AvVolts) from LN (MSTA) with numbers (1, 2, ...), for example:
MSTA1.AvVolts1
MSTA1.AvVolts2
or I need to make a new LNs for each of the average voltage values, like this:
MSTA1.AvVolts
MSTA2.AvVolts

The LN MSTA is defined as obsolete in edition 2 of part 7-4. Therefore it should not be modelled in IEDs. Instead you can use the concept of statistical calculation (annex F of 7-4 ed.2). It is much more powerful.

Only those data objects whose names end with a number are allowed to be instantiated several times. Thus in your case you have to use the second method, multiple instances of MSTA.
