Issue

Part 7-2 clause 22.2 defines the max name length of control blocks to be 32 char. And that FCDA reference shall not exceed 61 char (64 char with FC). The last requirement may restrict the length of the GoCB because the <LN>.GO.<GoCB>.DstAddress.PRIORITY is consuming to much chars. The LN part may be upto 16 chars. As such the GoCB name may only be 24 chars long!

However part 7-2 $18.2.1.2 states that GoCB is only allowed in LLN0 (only 4 char not 16). When this restriction is kept the length of the GoCB may be 32 chars again.

Proposal

Keep the restriction that GoCB for LLN0
