Issue

A list of abbreviations used in the document is missing.

Proposal

Add a list of abbreviations (e.g. DER, CHP, EPC, PCC, RBAC, DPL, PF etc.)

Discussion Created Status
- All abbreviations used in data object names are now stored centrally in IEC 61850-7-4 (starting from Ed. 2.1) and will also be inclused in IEC 61850-7-420 Ed. 2
- Several of the mentioned missing abbreviation have already been added there, e.g. DER, CHP, PF, ECP 		03 Mar 14 Future Improvement
Abbreviations may be used in a document if:

- It is included in a section with list of abbreviated terms;
- OR if there is section for abbreviated terms, the first time that an abbreviated term is used, the full term shall be given with the abbreviated term following in parentheses.

So if abbreviations are used if 7-420 ed. 2, the definition must be in the document itself, not 7-520. 		22 Oct 13 Future Improvement
