Issue

The semantic of the function Safty function ISAF reg. Alm and AlmReset is not clear. MAy be the AlmReset should be a transient SPC.

Explain the use of the data better.

Change of AlmReset to transient is accepted. The attachment will be proposed to include in the future part 7-5. 13 Oct 11 Ballot Period
Controls which resets something (e.g. LEDRs LED reset) send transient feedback signals. Therefore DO AlmReset should be changed to transient(T).
