Issue

For sending "SMV" to all IED that will do the protection I have to take from TVTR and TCVR "Amp" or "Vol" that are "instMag", but instMag has only the magnitude of the value (RMS) without angle.
My "PDIS" (distance protection) needs not only from "insMag"(magnitude) but also from the angle(ang) of my signal.

What I should do: take instCVal from MMXU that is vector and has "mag" and "ang", or creating in TVTR and TCVR "instCVal" for sending the SMV to PDIS.

take "SMV" vector (magnitude and angle) "instCVal" from MMXU or creating instCVal in TVTR and TCVR
