Issue

For the emission test reference is made to CISPR22 and to FCC rules. Since this is an IEC standards only reference to CISPR22 makes sense. For the US market IEEE 1613 exists for communication equipment

For both CISPR22 and FCC the requirement is that class A and class B shall be met. Since class B is more severe that class A, class A should not be mentioned. For protection relays in power plant and substation environments normally class A is required.

Proposal

The communcation equipment shall meet the requirements of CISPR22 class A.
