1/ In §17.2.2,the part a) of the Procedure references an attribute SelTimOut whose name is never referenced (either in IEC 61850-7-2 or in IEC 61850-7-3).

2/ In §17.3.3, the part a) of the Procedure references an attribute sboTimOut whose name is not correct according to IEC 61850-7-3.
