Should not it be more understandable to harmonize the name for
service GetGoReference (opposite service of GetGOOSEElementNumber) and GetGsReference (opposite service of GetGSSEDataOffset)?

Proposal

Rename the service GetGoReference in GetGOOSEReference.

Rename the service GetGsReference in GetGSSEReference.
