Issue

It is not possible to distinguish easily the bits numbered #1, #7 and #8 in the PACKED LIST attribute OptFlds in table 25 for URCB.

Proposal

Rename bit #1 reserved as reserved1, bit #7 reserved as reserved2 and bit #8 reserved as reserved3.

Accepted in principle:

Reserved attribute have been removed from the definition. See IEC61850 - 7 - 2 Ed2 - CDV.
There is no need to have reserved defined on the ACSI level in the URCB. 		15 Mar 09 In Force (green)
