Issue

In several parameter tables, some parameters are not tagged with a multiplicity [0..1] in spite of the fact they are optional.
As an example, refer to §14.3.5.2.1 for QueryLogByTime where RangeStartTime and RangeStopTime do not have any multiplicity while in the correspondig text (§14.3.5.2.2.2 and §14.3.5.2.2.3) it is explained that "the case where no parameter is specified" is possible.

Now refer to §14.2.3.4.1 (SetBRCBValues) where a lot of parameters are tagged [0..1] while it is not said in the corresponding text that these parameters are optional.

Where is the consistency here ?

Proposal

Table by table, add consistency in the parameter tables according to one or the other of these 2 proposals:
- proposal #1 : systematically add a [0..1] multiplicity for each non-list parameter according to its mandatory/optional criteria ([0..1] means optional);
- proposal 2: suppress all the existing [0..1] tags but add an additional information in each corresponding text to explain whether the parameter is mandatory or optional.
