Issue

In §7.4.2.3.2.2, it is written that "The reason may be sent from remote user of the association.".
In the figure 8 (p 31), the association may be aborted by the Server (see the second part of the figure).

Combining these 2 proposals, it can be assumed that a Server may abort the association and must send a reason for that.
In such a case, the Reason parameter should be precised for the Server Abort request.

I can easily understand that the exact reasons are defined in the SCSMs.
In such cases, the parameter Reason is completly helpful and required for the Indication of the Abort.

But why is Reason required for the Abort Request in §7.4.2.3.1 ?
As it is provided by the underlying layer it cannot be filled by the upper layer ACSI...
