Nevertheless, the behaviour of the Server should be described in the case of a Release requested before the completion of (a) pending service(s).

In the case of a Release requested before the completion of (a) pending service(s), the Server should answer with Response- at a requested Release.
The ServiceError return code to use here should be defined too.

There are several possibilities depending on the returned ServiceError code used :
- nothing is done (e.g. with the returned code used in 1/)
- the application association is disconnected but it is not in conformance with the Response-
- the application association is not disconnected and the Client may use the Abort service to achieve the disconnection
- etc.
Whatever the choosen solution(s), details should be added in the text.
