Issue

The controlable CDCs do not contain a configuration attribute for the run time supervision of the controlled object.

Proposal

Similar to the sboTimeout, add an operTimeout CF attributes to controlable CDC. This attribute is conditional optional for the case where the control model is with enhanced security. It contains the supervision time for the run time of the controled object. A timeout would lead to an additional cause time-limit-over.
