Issue

If XSWI is used for modelling switches WITHOUT short circuit breaking capability, why its Pos attribute is DPC instead DPS? I mean, if it's for NOT controlable switches, why is DPC used?

In XSWI the controllabel data for switches is Pos (CDC DPC). In part 7-3 the ctlVal of DPC is AC_CO_M, what means it depends on the ctlModel (e.g. if ctlModel=status only --> it is not controllable). So you can use DPC very flexible. 27 Nov 06 Not Applicable
