Issue

The name used for each of the 8 classes tagged as "Control Blocks" is not a correct class name.

Proposal

Substitute each name by the corresponding class name that is the attribute type in table 15 (§9.1.1).

Example :

replace GOOSE-CONTROL-BLOCK by GoCB.
