Issue

The multiplicity for associations between LLN0 and the 4 classes referenced for GOOSE/GSSE and sampled value is not correct.

Proposal

Replace the multiplicity 0..1 by 0..* for these 4 associations in order to be in accordance with table 15 in §9.1.1.
