Issue

The Services GetDataValue and SetDataValue (singular!) are defined as services that access ONE (SINGLE) FCD or FCDA.

In many instances throughout parts 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 8-1, and 9-2 the services are singular and/or plural:

- GetDataValues
- SetDataValues

Proposal

Clean-up parts 7-1, 7-2, 7-3, 8-1, and 9-2 by replacing all instances of GetDataValues (plural) by GetDataValue (singular) and SetDataValues (plural) by SetDataValue (singular).
