TimeofEntry does not match "TimeOfEntry" in Part 7-2 ('o' should be upper case).

Proposal

TimeofEntry should be changed "TimeOfEntry" everywhere.

Clarification of change:

References to 7-2 TimeofEntry were changed to TimeOfEntry. The 8-1 attributes of TimeofEntry were not changed.
