Issue

The ParOp (paralell operation) attribute in ATCC is currently defined as a DPC. The meaning of paralell operation is only on/off, which means it would be more appropriate to define the attribute as a SPC. It is also good to avoid unambiguity/prohibit use of the non-defined states.
