Issue

Paragraph states that if the Operate request is successful then "the control object shall turn to the state WaitForActivationTime". But this state is only achieved on a TimeActivatedOperate, and the correct state to turn to is Ready or Unselected, according to the sboClass of the request (as shown in Figure 32)

Proposal

Either -
a) Correct the paragraph to read "the control object shall turn to the state Ready if sboClass = OPERATE_MANY, or Unselected if sboClass = OPERATE_ONCE"
or
b) Remove this last sentence as no other descriptions in section 17 for handling the Operate request indicate the state to move to after completion, and the various figures in section 17 show clearly which state is appropriate.
