Issue

WG10 needs to coordinate the assignment of first letters for logical nodes. Currently WG17 uses Dxxx for DER LNs; WG18 uses Hxxx for LNs. However, these WGs need validation for the use of these letters, as well as guidance on additional first letters (e.g. batteries, fuel, etc.)
