Issue

“The parameter T shall be the time when the client send the control request”
There is not only one control request there are several.

Proposal

Change sentence to “The parameter T shall be the time when the client send the control requests”
(plural for request)

Discussion Created Status
There are some further clarifications regarding the T parameter required as follows:
- The T-parameter shall not be modified by the server
- it will be mirrored with the response
- the client may use it, to associate a response with the request
- any other uses of T are local issue and outside the scope of the standard
