Issue

RDRE.RcdTrg allows to trig a recorder with an external command. But there is a need for a client to specify the duration of the triggered record.

Proposal

Change the attribute type of RDRE.RcdTrg from SPC to INC.
Change the definition of RDRE.RcdTrg for :
"External command to trigger recorder. The value sent is the duration of the triggered record in milliseconds".
