The 8-1 TISSUE #249 complains that there is an inconsistency between the mapping of coded enum (bit string according to 8-1) and the figure 61. The figure 61 illustrates an information report, and XCBR.Pos.stVal has an integer type.

Correct figure 61. Int -> bit string
