Issue

Table 12 is explicit about the Namespace only being present if there is a deviation.

In Table 47 (clause 7.9.3, page 50), the ldns is declared to be "shall be included in LLN0...".

This conflicts with Table 12.

Proposal

Revise Table 47 to match with the definition in Table 12.
