Issue

As a consequence of TISSUE 146 (General) and TISSUE 120 (8-1), a new basic type CtxInt needs to be defined.

Proposal

Introduce the new basic type CtxInt.

Considering the CtxInt is obsolete we changed the category to No impact on this part 12 Feb 14 In Force (green)
CxtInt concept is obsolete. New CDC have been defined/decided during the WG10 meeting in Fredericia: Feb/08.
INS, INC and ING remains CDCs for INT32.
ENS, ENC and ENG CDC have been added to deal with enumerated type.
