Issue

In 61850-7-4,there are MMXU,which used for currents,voltages,powers and impedances in a three-phase system. The type of its attributes: PPV,PhV,A, is DEL and WYE. In our application, we often deliver these data only with its mag and not with its angle. this is as same as ASDU_9 of IEC 60870-5-103.

Proposal

I suggest that a new LN would be added in 61850-7-4 for delivering currents,voltages in a three-phase system with MV CDC attributes type.

In part 7-3 there is a description of vector (6.10), what is used for the three-phase values. Here the mag is mandatory, the ang is optional. There is no need to create such a new LN.	26 Sep 05	Discussion (red)
