Issue

The device name plate common data class "DPL" does not contain a description data "d" and "dU". For example there is no way to describe the external equipment ... in addition to the model (of type VISIBLE STRING255) which precludes unicode characters.

Proposal

Add "d" and "dU" in the "DPL" common data class.
