Clause: 7.3.2, 7.5.3

Paragraph: 3

Issue

In Table 49, the description of stVal for SPG_SP is "The value of the status setting (false is off, true is on).".
But in table 17, the description for stVal is "The value of the data", in table 40, the description for stVal is "Status value of the controllable data object."
The description of the two stVal for SPS and SPC are not wrong, but they are not accurate.

Proposal

Change the description of stVal in table 17 to "The value of the status (false is off, true is on)."
Change the description of stVal in table 40 to "Status value of the controllable data object (false is off, true is on)."

Discussion Created Status
Propose the following editorial changes:
SPS.stVal : add descripition ('false' for off or deactivation, 'true' for on or activation).
SPC.stVal : replace descripition with: Status value from the feedback of the controllable data object ('false' for off or deactivation, 'true' for on or activation).
SPG.setVal: replace description with: The value of the status setting ('false' for off or deactivation, 'true' for on or activation).

I agree with the editorial proposal
In SPC for instance, we already take care of the boolean values within the scope of the service parameter ctlVal.
