Paragraph: 1

Issue

In the SCL tDOI is defined to have an ix attribute as an array index.
tDOI must reference a tDO however a tDO does not have a count attribute, meaning the DO in the SCL can not be defined as an array.

Furthermore, does it make sense to have an array at the DO level directly under an LN? Surely any array data would be best modelled as an SDO or DA.

Proposal

Explain the purpose of the ix attribute at this level more explicitly
or
remove the ix attribute from tDOI

The ix attribute is not relevant on case of DO as arrays are defined for SDO or DA.
Proposal to remove this attribute is relevant but have to be considered as future improvement as it is not related to interoperability
