Likewise stated in clause 11.6.2, Select is always per switchgear, not per phase.
In Figure 15 the Right hand drawing bear erroneuos signal designations.
On page 58, clause 13.2, Figure 28 the signal designations are not unambiguous enough.
Proposal
Figure 15
The signal designation "SelOpn.phsA/OpOpn.phsA SelCls.phsA/OpCls.phsA" shall be changed to "SelOpn/OpOpn.phsA SelCls/OpCls.phsA", "SelOpn.phsB/OpOpn.phsB SelCls.phsB/OpCls.phsB" shall be changed to "SelOpn/OpOpn.phsB SelCls/OpCls.phsB" , "SelOpn.phsC/OpOpn.phsC SelCls.phsC/OpCls.phsC" shall be changed to "SelOpn/OpOpn.phsC SelCls/OpCls.phsC" .
Figure 28
The signal designation "SelOpn/Cls common or per phase OpOpn/Cls …" should be changed to "Common SelOpn/Cls common or per phase OpOpn/Cls …"
(occurs twice)

Future Improvement
The described tissue is right. SelOpn and SelCls has CDC SPS (common per XCBR/XSWI).
Due to the fact that part 7-500 is an (informative) Technical Report, I suggest to solved it as "Future Improvement".
