Clause: 13.5.1

Paragraph: 1

Issue

The standard does not explicitly state the obvious requirement that a server presents services at exactly one revision of the standard, therefore all ldNs must inherit from the same namespaces.

Perhaps it could be argued to make the distinction at the server, but IED seems more reasonable.

Proposal

Change first bullet in the list from

"whole logical device"

to

"whole physical device"

7-2 Editors:

All (non-proxied) Logical Devices of a server will implement the same basic namespace.

In a physical device containing multiple servers, individual servers may (when necessary) implement different basic namespaces.

Proposal: change first bullet in the list from "whole logical device" to "whole server"
